Residential Service Bookings
Booking price: $225 minimum call out charge
This covers the first 3 hours from dispatch, most small issues can normally be resolved within 3 hrs. If van stock is required an additional charge will apply any additional hours above the 3 hours shall be charged at a rate of $75 per hour or an estimate will be furnished for larger required scope.
Commercial Service Bookings
Booking Price: $270 call out minimum charge applies
This covers the first 3 hours from dispatch, most small issues can normally be resolved within 3 hrs. If van stock is required an additional charge will apply any additional hours above the 3 hours shall be charged at a rate of $90 per hour or an estimate will be furnished for larger required scope of works.
Emergency 24/7 Call Out
Booking Price: $330 call out charge applies
24X7 rates are for a minimum of 3 hours from dispatch
This covers the first 3 hours from dispatch, most small issues can normally be resolved within 3 hrs. If van stock is required an additional charge will apply any additional hours above the 3 hours shall be charged at a rate of $110 per hour or an estimate will be furnished for larger required scope, Weekend and night rates will be applied at $175 per hr.
